Thomas was a pleasure to work with and he went above and beyond our wants and wishes to find a piece of property to suit our needs. As we live in Alaska, Thomas would notify us of available property listings to view online and then he assisted in coordinating a travel plan for viewing the properties when we arrived to Lake Havasu City. Because he knew we were going to be visiting the area he also sent us regular listings of Lake Havasu City events. We appreciated his knowledge and expertise of the area. He was very prompt in returning our calls/emails/texts throughout the whole process. Thomas was well organized in the handling of the negotiations and necessary paperwork to complete the purchase of our property. Thomas is the consummate professional. My wife and I looked to Thomas for help in buying our home in Lake Havasu. We contacted several Real Estate associates and selected Thomas Thompson because of his down to earth gentlemanly demeanor and his genuine interest in our requests and needs. He was prompt with returning calls and email and never gave the impression that he was to busy for us. He took the time and effort to answer all our questions show us all the properties we were interested in and was extremely helpful right up to closing the deal. I anticipated difficulty finding a home with my specifications and price in Flagstaff--especially since I work out of state and live in yet another state! ..and I was right... until I started woking with Cole. Cole made the entire home search evaluation appraisal and purchase process smooth easy and relatively stress free. He was easily reachable and always available. I appreciated his knowledge of Flagstaff's neighborhoods and businesses and relied heavily on his input regarding the overall seasonal ebb and flow here and I am so glad that I did. The Collins team was professional, always followed through on what they said they would do, did several open houses and got a full price offer. Always responsive when I needed something or had questions. They also come with a lot of experience.
Cole help us find the house that we loved. Cole was awesome to work with. Kept us updated thru the whole way. When there was a problem Cole jump on it to make sure it got taken care of.
My husband and I met Daniel with the Collins Team when we bought a house in Munds Park. He did everything to make it happen. This time I was selling my home in Munds Park as my husband had passed away. I relied a lot on Daniel to make decisions since I was on my own. When it came time to buy a home there is no one else we would have picked to help us find our home. From the beginning of the process to the time we closed she was hands on and helped us with any and all questions we had. She took the time to listen to all of our wants and needs till we found our home. We could not be happier to have such an amazing person to be by our sides through all of it. Even after we were all moved in she was still there for any questions since we were first time buyers there was just some things we didn't know and she guided us in the right direction. Any time some asks or mentions they might want to buy she is the first person we think of and send them to her.
