For the past 5 years Conrad has been amazing!!! He is always there to help us out and even on his days off he will find us a solution! He is the BEST!! Thank you Conrad for all that you do for chili’s!! We appreciate you!!
Technician was on time and fixed electrical issue with Dietary steamer. Before departing described the issue and what was repaired. Thanks

Andrew Morales is who we love to come and service our store! He is very professional and a very nice guy. He always gives us tips on how things should work,always on time,and the most important thing is that he is never in the way!! That is a huge plus when u work in the restaurant business....we always enjoy his awesome personality and professionalism.....thanks for always sending the right guys to service our kitchen....he gets a 10+ in bay city chili's!
