The company know they business they came in and replace my system total and it is running great. Call checking on how it was doing. Would tell anybody that need they service.

They were extremely helpful! I thought there was a problem with my heat pump and they made a problem call to come check it. After going over it thoroughly, they discovered that nothing was wrong and didn't charge me for the call.
This company is wonderful. I would recommend these people highly. Nick Easler , the service man was professional and respectful. I plan to use these guys for all my ac needs. The price is reasonable and I was explained in detail all they were doing and why. Several years ago my heat pump went out at Christmas time. Fortunately, I had heard of Jason Miller and gave him a call. I'm thankful to say, that was a good Christmas. Jason installed a new system that was so much better than the original system. I was amazed at the difference in air flow. I opted to become a preferred customer. Boiling Springs Heating And Air always call me every 3 months to remind me that its time to service my heat pump. They have always been prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, recently I came home late at night to find that my air conditioning wasn't working. I got in touch with BSH&A and, because I was a preferred customer, had cool air blowing the next day. It was a simple repair and I must say that Jason and Russell were awesome. I'm thankful to be a BSH&A customer. I can strongly suggest that you should consider being a preferred customer. They will clean and service your system each season. I like peace of mind. That's what you get with Boiling Springs Heaing and Air.

Excellent service all around. Years ago they installed my system, since then everything has been great. The techs who do the quarterly service always call to give an ETA and are thorough and courteous.

My AC went out so I called Boiling Springs Heating and Air and the receptionist R***** answered and scheduled me an appointment the same day and they came right out the same day to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately our AC unit was done for but P****** and R****** quoted everything the same day and ordered our AC. The day the AC came in the crew came and installed it in 1 day. The breaker for our AC was too weak for the new unit and we thought we were gonna have to replace it. N*** came to our house and bought the breaker for us since it was unexpected. The day for our checkup to see if everything was running smoothly, N*** came and checked everything out and sat and chatted with us for a while. At the end of the day, Boiling Springs Heating and Air are a super friendly business and deserve the very upmost respect from my family. The original appointment was to check out our system and get a maintanence agreement. But, instead we found out we needed to replace our 1 1/2 year old system. One week later our new AC was installed, vents cleaned and were finished in about 5 hours. Today a tech came out to check it out and signed off on the completion. Excellent service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone involved in the installation of my system were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
These guys are amazing. I called on Monday when half of spartanburg had AC issues and they were probably extremely busy. They were there in less than 4 hours on the same day. They discovered we needed a part and it was so late in the day they would not have been able to go get it and come back and fix it the same day. They showed my husband how to do it, called the parts distributor and had the part waiting for my husband when he got there. They are my go to for their services forever. Very professional, quick, and didn't charge a fortune to come out and tell us the problem. The lady who answers the phone is also awesome! She's very courteous and knowledgeable. If you need repairs, call them.
